First, let’s take a look at how the heat is generated when the printing equipment is working?
During the entire printing process, friction between parts will generate heat, which is then transferred to the ink and paper, and the ambient temperature of the printing workshop will also rise in this process. These two increases in heat will reduce the overall quality of the ink and printing operation.
The industrial chiller used in printing cools during this process, which can eliminate the heat generated by the friction of the printing rollers and cool the paper after it comes out of the ink drying box, which can preserve and improve the printing work and extend the service life of the printing equipment.

What is the working principle of the chiller for printing?
Industrial chillers usually flow coolants such as water and antifreeze. The liquid flows to the cooling pipe of the roller, which can absorb the heat of the roller and other components (paper and ink). Then, the water cycle of the industrial chiller cools - absorbs heat - cools - cools again - absorbs heat again, keeping the roller working in the appropriate temperature range.
Using industrial chillers in the printing process is an efficient, stable and reliable method to reduce high temperatures, save time, machinery and materials, and help improve printing efficiency and printing quality.
